The Pleasant Valley Fire District congratulates Firefighters Daniel Cronk and Billy Cummings on successfully completing their probationary period.
Daniel and Billy, longtime friends and dedicated members, joined the fire district together in June. Since then, they have proven to be invaluable assets. In addition to responding to emergency calls, they have already completed the New York State Basic Exterior Firefighting (BEFO) class, New York State Auto Extrication class and are nearing completion of the New York State Interior Firefighting Operations (IFO) class.
It's especially noteworthy that Daniel Cronk, a fifth-generation firefighter in the Pleasant Valley Fire District, follows in the footsteps of his father, District Chief John Cronk and his Grandfather Butch Cronk as an active member of the District.
Congratulations to both Firefighters Cronk and Cummings! We wish you continued success and safety in your service to our community. |
