No, Ryan and Ryan is not a new law firm in the area but rather the two new career firefighters, Ryan Lynch and Ryan Schmelz, who were recently hired by the Pleasant Valley Fire District.

Ryan Lynch was most recently employed as a firefighter/EMT at Global Foundries Emergency Control in Poughkeepsie. He is member of the Milton Fire District for eight years. He is currently serving as a Lieutenant/EMT and works part time as an EMT for Mobile Life.

Ryan Schmelz also was most recently employed as a firefighter/EMT at Global Foundries Emergency Control in Poughkeepsie. He is a firefighter/EMT for the Marlborough Fire District for five years. In addition, he is a volunteer EMT with the Town of Esopus EMS.

We welcome them to the Pleasant Valley Fire District family and wish them a long, happy and safe career.
