The Pleasant Valley Fire District thanks the Peckham Foundation Fund for their very generous donation of $100,000 to assist us in the completion of our "Mill Pump" project.

The Mill Pump, is the most dependable water supply in the district since it takes water directly from the Wappinger Creek.

In July of 2022, the fire district received a $300,000 Municipal Innovation Grant from Dutchess County and has been working on this project to get it up and running.
